Scholarship Duration
Bachelor's: 5 Years, Master's: 2 Years, Ph.D: 2 Years

To be eligible for Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Citizens of a country with diplomatic relations with Japan
  • Between the ages of 17 and 25 for undergraduate students
  • Under the age of 35 for research students
  • Students who sat for the required examinations for their degree
  • To begin your application for Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship, you'll need to prepare and submit the following documents:

    • Academic Transcripts
    • Certificate of Graduation or Certificate of Enrollment
    • Recommendation Letter
    • Health Certificate
    • Language Proficiency Certificate
    • Abstracts of Theses for research students

STEP 3 Interview

Sit for the interview We track your application status. Conducts mock interviews (if required).

STEP 4 Acceptance & Visa Processing

Once accepted, we assist with: Scholarship confirmation letter. Visa application & flight arrangements.
